We produce plastic mouldings using the injection moulding technology for various industry fields.
We also make overmoulding of metal parts, semi-assemblies, screw plug gages or insulated wires. We provide conditioning of parts in mass production
and process all common construction materials, including highly thermo-resisting materials such as PES and PEI.
Our injection moulding machinery
For production, we have twelve injection presses available, featuring clamping forces from 40 to 250 tons, with the maximum weight of a single injection 1 000 g. Injection presses with 100 and 250-ton clamping forces are equipped with robots, which take parts away and stack them precisely. Some of our machines are equipped with waste-recycling systems right at the machines. Two machines - 50 and 60 tons - allow so-called vertical injecting in the parting plane. For injection moulding, we use moulds with hot nozzles, all-hot runners and mandrel extractors. We provide 3D part measuring.
Production and quality control processes meet requirements of the ISO 9001:2016 standard and are audited regularly.
